Mounted on one of the few exposed rock walls, this sign directs tunnel inhabitants to Annexe Level, the hospital. The tunnels were very confusing and lacked maps. I imagine that was partly for security, so that any spies who got into the tunnels wouldn't be able to read off a list of what departments were in the tunnel complex.
