I've uploaded 179 updated photos, with increased resolution photos, more accurate and detailed captions. Mostly they are photos of German tanks, Okinawa, Pearl Harbor, the Fall of the Philippines (1942) and The Rising Sun. As I research the photos, some of them may appear incorrectly in the wrong photo gallery. You can note the new photos by their file dates and also because they have extensive captions including location and creation date.
Sometime this winter, at the rate I'm going, I will post a new image gallery based on PHP that will allow keyword searches for photos. Please bear with us as we update the photos and keyword them. This is the first step to the new PHP image galleries.
Enjoy the photos, I will continue to upload new ones as I research them, in batches of 100-200 or so.

A combination trailer from Japan is available for Flags of Our Fathers and Red Sun Black Sand.
Two updates for upcoming films today. ABC announces they will proceed with Flory without Mel Gibson and the Flags of Our Fathers poster and release date is announced.
