The 3.7 anti-aircraft gun weighed twice as heavy as the German 88mm, which meant that it took longer to move and set up. It was a popular weapon with its crews, but it was never used in a dual anti-tank/anti-aircraft role like the German gun, because it was heavier to move than the German 88mm and took longer to set up, a big problem in mobile combat. Plus, the British never thought of it. Right-click and choose "view image" to enlarge.
