Panzerkampfwagen pzkpfw IV ausf. D

This panzer IV is painted for the campaign in Poland in 1939, but ausf. D models didn't reach the Wehrmacht in October 1939, so it's likely this model was produced after the Polish campaign. The gun is a short 75mm barrel designed to break fortifications. Later models of the panzer IV were upgunned to take on Allied tanks, with a long-barreled 75mm anti-tank gun.
