Accurate and reliable, the Rheinmetall leFH18 Howitzer was used on all fronts. However, it was heavy and required a lot of muscle (human and horse) to get it into position. This example is a leFH18/40 mounted on a PaK 40 carriage to improve mobility. Right-click and choose "view image" to enlarge.
