Consolidated B-24M Liberator

"Dugan" was the last Liberator flown by the United States Air Force. Used for ice research (wing ice, not landing on ice) it was on display outside Lackland AFB until it moved to Duxford in 1999. The aircraft's tail number is actually 44-51228. "Dugan" has two Pratt & Whitney R-1830-65 engines. Right-click and choose "view image" to enlarge.
